What is GDPR?
GDPR is the EU’s new framework for data protection laws and has been put in place to give greater controls to individuals over their personal data.
GDPR came into effect on 25th May 2018.
GDPR at the North Herts Education Support Centre
At the North Herts Education Support Centre, we take data privacy and security very seriously and we are committed to maintaining compliance with the GDPR. Our data protection and security policies detail how we do this.
Our Privacy Notices for Students, Parents and Carers also detail how and why we collect data, what we do with it and the rights that pupils, parents and carers have.
